先天性頸部嚢状リンパ管腫の1例

CONGENITAL CYSTIC LYMPHANGIOMA OF THE NECK

　I．はじめに

　先天性頸部嚢状リンパ管腫は比較的稀な疾患であり，しかも本邦においては，従来，外科，産婦人科領域から報告されることが多かつた。一方，耳鼻咽喉科領域における報告は，昭和27年の山野辺^1）の報告以後13例を数えるにすぎない。われわれは最近1.5カ月の男児にみられた本疾患の1例を経験したので文献的考察をも併わせて報告する。

　A cervical lymphatic cyst in a newborn infant, one month and half, that was successfully removed surgically, is reported. According to the situation of the cyst, they are divided into those of midline and lateral. The treatment of choice is surgical exterpation but owing to their thin-walled structure: the cysts are easily injured making a complete exterpation a difficulty.

　So far, only 14 case of cysts of similar nature are reported in the literature of this country including the present one.
