窒息を来せる先天性頸部嚢状淋巴管腫の1例

　緒言

　先天性嚢状淋巴管腫（Lymphangioma cysticum congenitum, Kongenitales Zystenhygrom）は耳鼻科領域に於て接する事は極めて稀な疾患であり，我が領域に於ては舌淋巴管腫の報告は時々見られるが（早間，彦坂，佐藤，鈴山等），頸部其の他外表部に発見されるものは外科，婦人科領域に比し遭遇する事が少い。我が国に於ては，嚢状淋巴管腫の報告は昭和14年頃迄に30例程を数え，その後，桃崎，大塚，及川，松下，八木，西崎，滝沢，山本等の報告が見られるが殆んど他科のものの報告による。

　我が教室に於て，最近本疾患にて不幸にも窒息死を来せる1例を経験したので，症例の報告と共に本疾患の概要を述べて，一般の注意を喚起し度いと思う。

　YAMANOBE reports a case of congenital cystic lymphangioma which occurred on the right side of the neck in a giri infant aged 7 months. Initial complaint was asthmatic symptoms, difficulty in breathing and swelling of the neck. The infant died suddenly from choking on the 4th day of hospitalization.

　The author stresses the need of early operative intervention with institution of irradiation therapy in similar such cases.
