めまい症例2例—脳下垂体嚢腫例および脳血管障害例にみられた「めまい」について

VERTIGO, A REPORT OF TWO CASES

　I．はじめに

　めまい患者に接する機会は近年増加の傾向にあり，他科外来から「めまい」を訴える患者の依頼を受けることがしばしばである。今回ここに述べる2症例は「めまい」とともに他の症状も訴え，最初内科を訪れ内科入院中に耳鼻科依頼を受け耳科神経学的検査を行なつたもので，1例は手術的に診断の正当性が確認され，1例は脳血管性病変を疑診した症例で，若干の興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

Two cases of vertigo are reported in whom the initial diagnosis was Meniere's disease but further investigation showed the lesion in each case to be central in origin. The cause of the disease in one case was due to a presence of a cyst in the pituitary gland and the other a lesion in the cerebrospinal system.
