重複癌（子宮—副鼻腔）症例（追加報告）

DOUBLE CANCER, UTERUS AND PARANASAL SINUS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　癌臨床において悪性腫瘍の進展に基づく続発性多発癌は日常よく経験するものであるが，これに反して原発性多発癌いわゆる重複癌は近年悪性腫瘍の増加とともにその報告も次第に多くなつているとはいえ，まだ臨床的にこのような患者に遭遇することは比較的少ないようである。前にわれわれは乳房―副鼻腔の重複癌治験症例を報告したが^23），最近また子宮―副鼻腔というめずらしい組合わせの重複癌の1例を経験したので，その概要を追加報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を試みたいと思う。

　A case of maxillary sinus cancer, that occurred 3 months after hysterectomy for cancer of uterus in a woman, aged 53, is reported. The patient was treated by a complete removal of the maxillary bone on the affected side supplemented by intraartcrial infusion of 0.12% of hydrogen peroxide combined with MMC (totaling 40mg) and irradiation of Co⁶⁰(totalling 6,000r). The patient is reported to be in a good condition at the present writing.
