小児の気道および食道異物—統計的観察と全麻下異物摘出の経験について

REMOVAL OF BRONCHIAL AND ESOPHAGEAL FOREIGN BODIES UNDER ETHER ANESTHESIA AMONG INFANTS AND CHILDREN

　はじめに

　昭和38年1月より昭和40年3月までの2年3ケ月間に当教室で経験した気道および食道異物症例について統計的観察を試みた。とくに小児症例についての集計と，全身麻酔下に施行した異物摘出の経験を述べ，若干の考察を加える。

Seventeen cases of bronchial and esophageal foreign body, among infants and young chil-dren, composed of coins and chess-stones, were seen in the period of recent 2 years. In seven of these cases the foreign body removal was effected under open drop ether aneslhesia. The author emphasized the ease and low cost with which this type anesthesia may be administered in these cases.
