両耳聴の基礎的研究に関する文献的考察

A REVIEW OF LITERATURE IN CONNECTION TO A FUNDAMENTAL STUDY ON BILATERAL HEARING

　Ⅰ．緒言

　正常人が音源の方向を感知する能力は聴覚機構のうちでも重要なものとされ，古来，先人の興味をひき，多くの研究業績が集積されている^1）。一方，中枢性難聴，とくにその障害部位別診断は永年聴覚学者の研究対象であつたが，最近，両耳聴能を指標として臨床的診断に応用せんとする試みがある^2〜4）。

　しかし，いずれの検査法においても同じであるが，その結果より診断を決定するに際してはその値の基礎的根拠が必要である。その基礎事実が解明されてはじめてその診断の信憑性が増すことはいうまでもない。

Recently, there is a tendency in which the function of bilateral hearing is employed for differential diagnosis of localizing the seat of lesion in central loss of hearing. The funda-mental basis of bilateral hearing is examined from the standpoint of neurological, electro-physiological and psycho-physiological studies.
