臨床的言語発達検査法

CLINICAL TEST OF SPEECH DEVELOPMENT

　Ⅰ．緒言

　日常診療で言語発達遅滞を訴えて来る患者は決して少なくない。このような言語発達遅滞児はその原因はもちろん，言語遅滞の程度や種類もさまざまである。われわれはこのようなものの言語遅滞程度を正常児の言語発達のpatternを尺度にして評価するが，しかしその尺度ははなはだ漠然たるものであるから，もし言語発達遅滞の程度や種類を知る上に一定の尺度があればはなはだ好都合である。

　ところでこれに類するような尺度はこれまでにもなかったわけではない。1930年頃より2，3の学者^{1）2）3）4）}によつて試みられたが，ただこれらの方法は心理学領域で標準化されたものであるから臨床的検査法として役立てるにはそのままでは適当でない。

The author devised a method of making a clinical test in examination of children who-suffer speech defect. The test is composed of 4 parts which include watching the progress. of articulation, the development of vocabu-lary, the ability in formation of sentences and comprehension of words. Through such a test it may be precisely revealed in what way the individual child may be suffering, the speech defect.
