咽頭疾患に対するトランサミン（DV 79）の使用経験

CLINICAL USE OF TRANSAMIN (DV-79) IN TREATMENT OF PHARYNGEAL DISEASES

　Ⅰ．緒言

　1893年Dastreは試験管内で凝固した血液が細菌の感染なしに特発的に溶解する場合があることを発見し，これを線維素溶解fibrinolysisと呼んだが，Mac Farlaneはこの線維素溶解にあづかる蛋白分解酵素にPlasminという名称を与えた。その後Plasminに関する研究はめざましい進歩を遂げ，現在では炎症，出血，アレルギーなどに対するPlasminの関与が注目され，Plasmin増加に対する治療，あるいはPlasmin抑制効果を期待して抗プラスミン剤が臨床的に広く使用されていることは周知の通りである。

　岡本等が合成したε-Aminocapronic acidイプシロン・アミノカプロン酸は強力な抗プラスミン作用を有し，かつ毒性が少ないことにより「イプシロン」なる製品名で奨用されてきたが，1961年再び岡本らにより，イプシロンより強力な抗プラスミン作用を有するAminomethylcyclohexane carboxylic acidが発表され，さらにその異性体の一種，Trans体であるtrans l-aminomethyl cyclohexane-4-carboxylic acid（DV-79）がさらに強力な抗プラスミン作用を有し，invitro試験ではイプシロンの20数倍の作用を有することが見い出された。われわれはトランサミン（DV-79）の提供を受け，2,3の口腔咽頭疾患に応用し，相当の効果を認めたので報告する。

　DV-79, an antiplasmic agent, was used orally in 40 cases in treatment of acute pharyngolaryngitis, tonsillitis and stomatitis. The agent appeared to be markedly effective in 12 cases, moderately effective in 11 cases, somewhat effective in 7 cases and not effective in 10 cases. This agent was also administered in 15 cases after tonsillectomy and showed analgesic effect in 12 cases. Slight side-effects were temporarily noted in 3 cases which were manifested by nausea and vomitting in 2 cases and flushing of the face in one soon after its injection.
