気管切開術施行の脈無し病剖検例

POST MORTEM EXAMINATION OF PULSELESS DISEASE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　外国には少く，日本の特に若い婦人に見られる本病は，1908年（明治41年）最初高安^1）によつて「奇異なる網膜中心血管の変化の1例」として報告せられたもので，上半身に脈搏の触れ得ない事は，大西^2）によつて当日席上で追加せられ，高安氏病と言われた。

　1948年（昭和23年）清水・佐野^3）により，本疾患の7例の症例報告と共に，その全貌が詳しく紹介され，仮に脈無し病と名付けられ，本症例の報告は日本だけで外国には見当らず，病理学的には，Thromboarteritis obliterans subclaviocarotica又はPanarteritis brachiocephalica cardinalisと呼ばれるべき所見があつて，血管壁に見られる変化は結核性のものであると述べられた。この報告以来本病は多くの人々の注意を引き，殊に，内科・外科・眼科・臨床病理方面で多くの症例が報告されている。

　To relieve acute dyspnea in a woman, aged 53, tracheotomy was performed but, in spite of this procedure the patient died. The necropsy showed the cause of death to be a- pulseless disease.

　The finding of pulseless disease in field of otolaryngology is discussed. The age of the patient 53 years is also significant.
