急激な呼吸困難をおこし死亡せる小児壊疽性気管，気管支炎の症例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　幼小児で急激な呼吸困難を来す疾患はしばしば経験するところであるが，我々は呼吸困難を来し気管切開術を行うとともに強力な抗生物質治療を行つたにも拘らず軽快せず特異な経過を辿り短時日の間に死亡し，剖検を行い得た症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of necrotic treacheo-bronchitis whi-ch occurred in an infant and which is rather rare is reported. Tracheotomy was parformed to relieve the acute dyspnea; chemotherapy was used for general treatment. In spite of there measures the patient died. Necropsy was performed in this case which proved the establishment of the diagnosis.
