咽頭食道憇室の症例

　Ⅰ．まえがき

　耳鼻咽喉科領域において咽頭食道壁に発生する憩室は近年欧米では数多くの報告が呈出されている。これに比べて本邦での報告は極めて少ない。食道起始部の後壁は縦走筋の欠損していることから内圧に弱いとされてこの部をLeimerの三角，更にこの部に生ずる憩室をZenkerの憩室と呼ばれていることは成書に示されている通りである。最近Zenkerの憩室と診断し摘出できた一症例を経験したのでここにこれを報告する。

A man, aged 46, complained of abnormality and slight dysphagia in the region of cervical esophagus for the period of 2 months and during which these symptoms gradually. The X-ray examination showed a triangular sha-ped esophageal diverticulum situated just above the clavicle. The removal of the diver-ticula was effected by external cervical appr-aoch. It measured 3×2.5×0.4cm in dimen-sions and presented smooth surface which was quite resilient in its consistency. Wei-gert's stain revealed a highly developed fibr-ous tissues. The origin of this diverticulum appeared to be the triangle of Leimer situated at the very beginning of the esophagus where the longitudinal muscles are practically ab-sent.
