消炎剤Tanderilの耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける臨床的治療経験

　I．緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に限らず，一般的に炎症を治療するに当り採用する手段には一定の系統がある。即ち，抗生物質或いはサルファ剤等により抗菌的の療法を行い，アレルギーの混在に対しては抗ヒスタミン剤を使用し，又，全身的発熱等の症状に解熱剤を用いる等である。

　炎症による生体組織反応を主とした治療法は，ステロイドホルモンの出現により確立されたもので，この方面からも吾々は治療の道が与えられている。広い意味での抗炎症性物質は次第に開拓され，特にステロイドホルモンとブタゾリジンはその中でも双壁であり，これらの種々の誘導体が報告され，薬理学的にも，臨床的にも検討されている。

　An experience in the use of anti-inflammatory drug Tanderil is reported.The agent was used in the after-treatment of 169 cases of operations consisting of 75 Cases of tonsillectomies, 30 cases of sinus operations and other minor oral and nasal operations. It appeared tobe effective also in treatment of acute cold and other nasopharyngeal infections ; its properties to be anti-inflammatory, analgesic and avoiding intercellular edema.
