誤嚥症の1例

　咽頭の神経性疾患により臨床を訪ねる患者は増加の傾向にあつて咽頭疾患の重要な部分を占めるようになつて来たが，最近咽頭絞扼反射の低下による「誤嚥症」の1例を経験したので報告する。

Murashima reports a case of accidental swallowing of foreign body due to inadequa-cy of the swallowing reflex. The author believes the causative factor of this trouble to be the underlying neuritis with which the glosso-pharygeal nerve was involved.
