外耳道血管腫の2例

　I．緒言

　外耳道，鼓膜，中耳，乳様洞等に生ずる血管腫は比較的稀であり，発育が緩慢な為に良性であるのが常であるが，出血又は周囲組織への圧迫により時に危険な状態を招来する場合もある。

　外耳の血管腫で耳翼に生ずるものは多くみられるが，外耳道に原発する血管腫の報告は比較的少ない。我々は2例の外耳道血管腫の症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Two cases of vascular tumor of the exter-nal ear are reported ; one case the patient was 7 years of age and the other years.

Both cases were successfully cured by surgi-cal removal of the tumor followed by irra-diation therapy thereafter.
