外耳道黒色腫の1例

MELANOMA OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITORY CANAL, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　外耳道に発生する黒色腫は稀であり，文献的にもわが国では，1927年富岡ら^16）が報告して以来，現在まで38例が報告されている。臨床的には悪性化が8例にみられる点からも黒色腫の悪性化が問題になる。最近われわれは外耳道の黒色腫の1例を経験したので，その臨床経過の概要を報告し，二，三の検討を加えた。

　A case of melanoma of the external auditory canal in a woman, aged 52, is reported. The melanoma was surgically removed extensively. Histopathological examination showed an intradermal nevus of Allen's classification. During the observation period of 1 year and 6 months the patient remains asymptomatic.
