Sondenaudiometrieによる耳小骨連鎖の検討

　I．緒言

　最近慢性化膿性中耳炎に対して中耳の慢性炎症を治癒せしむると共に聴力の回復をはかる鼓室形成術が広く行われる様になつて来た。しかし聴力改善のためには障害がどの部分に存在するかを知る事は重要な事である。この意味から考えて手術前に少くとも耳小骨の状態即ち耳小骨連鎖が正常か又は離断があるかを知ることは必要でありこの検索のため最近Schallsondeによる計測が行われる様になつて来た。我々は今回Schallsondeを使用した結果を手術所見と比較し，検討し，若干の知見を得たのでここに報告する。

The use of schallsonde for diagnosis of possible separation of middle ear ossicular chain was evaluated. The procedure consis-ted of noting the condition of the ossicles and the promontory preoperatively by meansof schallsonde and comparing their conditions at the time of operation:30 cases of chronic otitis media with drum perforation were ope-rated upon. In majority of cases it was im-possible to find preoperatively the condition of incudo-stpedial joint : consequently,no clear-cut information was obtained as to the presence or absence of stapes-fixation.
