耳部発汗異常症の治療について

　Ⅰ．緒言

　私は昭和28年，35歳の男子で，顏面右側頬骨弓部から後頭右側部への貫通銃創後右耳全聾と共に右耳前部に摂食事発汗過多を訴えている患者について報告したが，今回再び摂食事の両耳部に発汗多量に悩む患者に遭遇し，之が成立機転を考え，且治療に苦心したので，之等について述べて見度いと思う。

IWATA finds that hyperhidrosis complained by a patient, a woman aged 23, particularly in the cervical region below both ears, to be the result of stimulation involving the autono-mic nervous system, the sympathetics on the right side and parasympathetics on the left. The symptoms complianed of were relieved by use of adequate lytic agents for the corre-sponding sides.
