輪状軟骨後部癌の1例

　まえがき

　本症に関してはLoganがその臨床的重要性を強調しており，その他にも欧米では本症例の報告が散見される。之に反し我国に於ては本症の報告例が少く滝野の剖検例，岩本の2例を見るに過ぎない。本症に対し今後専門家の一層の注意が払われるべきものと考えられるので，自験1例を報告し従来の文献に追加したい。

Hayakawa and associates report a case of carcinoma found of the posterior portion of the cricoid cartilage. The patient was a wo-man aged 43. Following the operation on the growth she died. The authors stress the nece-ssity of making an early diagnosis of laryn-geal cancers so that laryngectomy may be pe-rformed in order to save the patient's life.
