明瞭度検査用語選択についての1考察

　Ⅰ．緒言

　現今明瞭度検査の必要性は，改めて云うまでもなく，内外の多くの報告を見ても明らかなことである。しかしながら純音聴力検査と並んで統一された検査用語即ち標準的な用語の選定は望まれるべき事であり，臨床上不可欠な問題でもある。元来明瞭度を決定する因子を考える場合，先ず考えられることは検査用語であり，次に録音及び再生の電気回路の特性による歪現象で，最後に是を聴取する被検者の聴能である。而して既に種々の検査用語が発表され，又検討されつつあるのであるが，是等従来の検査用語に聊か批判検討を加え，一検査用語表を試作して見たので茲に報告し御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

Goto and Umegaki present a list of test-words selected for dilivery with acute articulation. By use of specially constructed device for cal-culating the number of occurrence, these words are selected by the degree in which they are repeated for a number of times in an ordinary conversation. Discussion and evaluation of the monosyllabic and disyllabic words that have been heretofore used are presented.
