再發惡性化を認めた口蓋混合腫瘍の剖検例

　所謂混合腫瘍が口蓋に發生することは比較的稀とされているが，その報告例はEggersを始めとして相當數にのぼる。併しその症例の多くは寧ろ良性の部類に屬する。これに反して惡性化した組織像を認めた症例に就いては本邦に於て僅か1，2の報告に接するのみである。本症も亦この惡性の部類に屬するもので手術後再發を來し實に8年間の長期に亙り精細な臨床觀察を行い，且つ死後剖検の機會を得た症例で病理組織學的にも甚だ興味あるものと思い茲に報告する。

HARA reports a case of mixed tumor that occurred on the palate that followed a malig-nant turn of the course. Tumors of this nature are generally known to be benign; only in occasional cases do they become malignant. The present case is an incidence of recurrence that was manifested after the initial opeartive treatment but it was followed, thereafter, for 8 years with clinical observations. Tne patient died. Microscopic specimen of the tumor obtained at the time of necropsy when compared to that which was made at time of operation showed cell arrangements to be definitely malignant.
