NAKAGAWA reports 10 cases of disease the symptoms of which under ordinary circumsta-nces would be regarded as belonging to the fi-eld of otolaryngology but, they were found to be based on cardiovascular disturbances which existed at the same time. Outstanding among them were dyspnea, sore throat, Meniere's synd-rome and fullness of the head. The author so-unds a warning attention that unless proper measures be taken with presence of such symp-toms on top of a history of of organic disturb-ances in the cardiovascular system fhere is a great possility of the patient falling under a serious consequences any time at later date.
