興味ある口腔咽頭喉頭結核の1例

　緒言

　結核は喉頭，咽頭に現れる事は稀ではないが，口腔粘膜に広汎な結核性潰瘍を現す事は，其の末期を除いては稀である。口腔粘膜でも軟口蓋は稀ではないが，頬部粘膜，歯齦粘膜の広汎な結核性潰瘍は更に稀である。我々は最近，6年前左側湿性肋膜炎に罹患し，其の後療養に努め，結核は臨床上は全治したと考えていた患者で，広汎な口腔咽頭喉頭の結核性潰瘍の患者に遭遇し，其の口腔内所見は恰もアフタ性口内炎の如く，血液病時の口内炎の如く，又一部には梅毒を疑わせる所見もあり，其の診断は遂には組織学的検索に依らねばならなかつた。斯かる点で非常に興味深く感ぜられたので茲に報告して諸先輩の御批判を仰がんとするものである。

SHIMIZU AND NAKATANI report a case of oral tuberculosis which was manifested by ulcers which appeared of the soft palate, muc-ous membrane of the cheek and gingival marg-ins of upper molars. The patient, a man aged 30, a factory worker, gave history of having had mixed pleurisy in the past. In differential diagnosis consideration of aphthos and syphilit-ic ulcers were called for. But, the diagnosis of tuberculosis. was established by microscopic ex-amination of tissues obtained by biopsy.
