クインケ氏浮腫4例

　緒言

　1882年Quinckeが皮膚に突然出没する原因不明の浮腫をakutes umschriebenes Hautodemとして報告して以来，クインケ氏浮腫（Quincke'sches Qedem），急性（間歇性）脈管神経性浮腫（akutes od. intermittierendes angioneurotisches Oedem）等同樣報告例が多数ある。しかしその原因については古くより種々挙げられてはいるが，今尚確たる定説がない．

　本邦に於けるクインケ氏浮腫の報告は殆んど支那大陸よりの帰還者に限られ，従つて成書には本病は内地では極めて稀であろと説かれている．

　MUTA AND MUTA report 4 cases of Quincke's Edema in patients who were men aged 31, 47, 57 and 58 respectively. All Were residents of close vicinity of City of Osaka and none of them had ever been to China or other foreign countries. The edema appeared to be the result of vasomotor disturbances which are similar to manifestations of symptoms in Maniere's Syndromes and asthrMa that are caused by disturbances in the sympathetic nervous system. The use of antihistaminic druge alorig with Minophagen C proved to be effective toward control of the disease.
