1ケ年半の間に4回ヂフテリーに罹患せる1症例

　緒論

　1890年Behring，北里の治療血清發見以來ヂフテリーの死亡率滅少し，經過も著るしく短縮せられたるは多くの統計の示す所なり．

　而してその再感染に就ては多くの報告あるも，余は此處に1約ケ年半の間に4度ヂフテリーに感染したる1症例を經驗したるを以てここに報告し諸賢の御批判を仰がんとするものなり．

Nakanishi says that, although the period of eff-ective immunity against diphtheria has been known to be for varying lengths of time, and, in some cases for a very brief period only, the case in site is remarkable for having had four recurrent atta-cks in 18 months of time. Intervals for the con-secutive attacks, beginning with the first, were 5 months, 4 1/2 months, and 10 months apart, res-pectively.
