ペニシリン・サルフアダイアヂン及び外用サルフアニールアミドを使用せる重症ルードウイツヒ氏アンギーナ治驗例

　緒言

　最近舌蜂窠織炎より電撃的にルードウイツヒ氏アンギナーを併發，呼吸困難のため氣管切開を施した症例に於て切開排膿後ペニシリンの臀筋内注射，サルフアダイアヂンの經口的投與並に外用サルフアニールアミドの局所撒布をなし，僅か2日間にして危期を完全に脱せしめ得た．

　A female patieut, age, 21, suddenly developed Ludwigs angina from papillary inflamation of the tongue, in which tracheotomy was performed to alleniate symptoms of dyspnea. With intramuscular injectcon of penicillin, combined with oral adnaninotratcon of sulfadiazine and sulfanilamide, the patient was enable to recover from extremely acute and dangerous state within the period of two days.
