聲門浮腫を伴ひ，高度呼吸困難を招來し氣管切開を餘儀せられたアグラヌロチトーゼの1例

　緒言

　アグラヌロチトーゼは其の特異なる症状並びに今尚其の全貌を明かにしない點よりして，各方面に於て興味を以て迎へられているが，殊に吾が耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ては，本症の大多數が口蓋扁桃腺，又は口蓋粘膜に壤疽性病變を現わす事により多大の興味をそゝられると共に，注意せねばならない疾患である．著者は此の壊疽性扁桃腺炎に加ふるに聲門浮腫を伴い，高度の呼吸困難を招來し，氣管切開を餘儀なくせられたアグラヌロチトーゼの1例に遭遇し，其の局所々見は臨床上興味深きものと考へ茲に其の大略を大報告する次第である．

A 75 year old male was seen with necrotic ulceration of the larynx and both tonsils. The microscopic examination shewed that the pseu-domembrane contained a'most a pure culture of staphylococci and streptococci with total absence of pus cells. The blood count showed a marked lsucopenia. Patient died after developing marked dyspnea which required tracheotomy.
