口内炎を伴へる傳染性單核細胞増多症

　緒言

　最近アメリカで旺に檢討されてゐる疾患に傳染性單核細胞増多症がある．本疾患は極めて特有な血液像と，淋巴腺系統及び咽頭，鼻腔等に種々の症状を來すものであるが，本疾患にて口内炎を來たした例は未だ見られない樣である．余は最近同一家族内に多發した傳染性單核細胞増多症に，アフタ樣口内炎を伴つた例に遭遇したので，その大要を報告しいささか考察を試みたい．

Four members of a family in whom stomatitis occurred showed an infectious mononucleosis on blood studies. The blood picture returned nornmal upon the subsidance of the intraoral infection. The other three members of the family who were free from stomatitis also showed mononucleosis.
