皮膚弛緩症と表皮穿孔性弾力線維症の合併に関する考察

ASSOCIATION OF CUTIS LAXA WITH ELASTOSIS PERFORANS SERPIGINOSA

　34歳女子で，全身皮膚に皺襲形成，大腿に連圏状結節状皮疹があり，Curis laxaとElastosis　perforansの合併と考えられる。皺襲部皮膚に真皮全層にわたる弾力線維変性を認め，これと循環器異常とから，本質的には弾力線維性仮性黄色腫とはいえないまでも，少くともそれに近似の特殊な症例と考えた。なおElastosis perforansは種々の問葉系異常に合併することが多いが，Cutis laxaとの合併はこの例が最初である。

A woman aged 34 who presented since the age of 10 a diffusely distributed skin folding was reported. Since the age of approximately 20 years old, she noticed tender, nodular and circinate lesions on the thighs. Literatures of cutis laxa were reviewed, and the nomen-clature was discussed. This case seems to be the first one dealing with the association of cutis laxa and elastosis perforans serpiginosa.
