非対称性馬蹄鉄腎の1例

A CASE OF ASYMMETRIC HORSESHOE KIDNEY

I．緒言

　最近においては馬蹄鉄腎は稀有な疾患とはみなされないが，これは左右両腎が対称性に融合したものであり，不規則に融合した非対称性馬蹄鉄腎の報告は稀である。我々は最近このような不規則性融合腎の1例を経験したので報告し，併せて23の考按を行ないたい。

At present the horseshoe kidney is notregarded as a rare disease, which is compo-sed of the kidneys on both sides symmet rically fused together. Meanwhile, the asymmetric horseshoekidney has seldom been reported, so that there are only four cases reported in Japan.

Case report: Female aged 29 who came to our hospital for a colik on the left side abdo-men was found to have been suffering from a hypogastric pain for several years and underwent appendectomy, orariectomy and laparotomy for intestine-adhesion. Intravenous urogram showed that both pyelograms rotated abnormally.
