Ⅰ．はじめに

　馬蹄鉄腎の本邦における臨床報告は1910年近藤に始まり，以来漸次症例を加えて約300例に達しさほど珍しくないが，小児例の報告は20例に満たず比較的少ない。われわれは最近結石を合併した小児馬蹄鉄腎の1例を経験したので，これを報告し併せて本邦報告例を集めて統計的観察を試みた。

A case of horseshoe kidney with calculi in an infant was reported and the literature on horseshoe kidney was reviewed and also its relation to calculi was discussed.

Case T. N. 10 years old boy visited our clinic in March, 1966 with the chief complaint of hema-turia. X-ray examination revealed typical horseshoe kidney with calculi in the right kidney pelvis which moved to the ureter at surgery. Right ureterolithotomy, division of isthmus and nephropexy was performed through a right flank incision under general anesthesia.
