I．はじめに

　今回われわれは，血小板無力症を基礎疾患に持ち，脳内海綿状血管腫より脳内出血を繰り返した症例に，血小板輸血・新鮮血輸血を行うことで，血管腫摘出術を施行しえた症例を経験したので報告する．

Abstract

A case of thromboasthenia (Glanzmann) associated with an intracerebral cavernous angioma in a 32-year-old woman is reported. Since her childhood, the patient had experienced a tendency to develop purpura follow-ing minor trauma. But she had not had major bleeding even during pregnancy and delivery. On April 4, 1987, she presented generalized convulsion. A high density mass in the right temporal lobe was demonstrated with CT scan. Carotid angiogram was normal except that the right anterior choroidal artery was stretched.
