Tentorial cavernous angiomaの1治験例

A Case of Tentorial Cavernous Angioma

I．はじめに

　頭蓋内のcavernous angiomaは中枢神経系の血管奇形の5-13％^10,19,24），剖検によると0.02％−0.13％^10）と稀な疾患である．このなかでextra-axialに発育したcavernous angiomaは，極めて少ないとされる．われわれは小脳テントから発育したcavernous angiomaの1例を経験しsubtemporal approachにて全摘し得たので文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of tentorial cavernous angioma is reported. A 61-year-old woman was admitted because of left audi-tory disturbance and left hemifacial spasm. CT scan and angiography, MRI revealed a dumb-bell typed tumor extended above and below the left tentorium cerebelli. Under the preoperative diagnosis of tentorial meningioma, a craniotomy was performed and the tumor was removed totally with minimal bleeding by left subtemporal approach.

The tumor was well capsulated and spongy, attached to the tentorium cerebelli.
