一側の内頸動脈欠損を伴った対側脳動静脈奇形の1例

A Case of Arterio-venous Malformation Associated with Agenesis of Unilateral Internal Carotid Artery

I．はじめに

　内頸動脈欠損症例はくも膜下出血や脳虚血発作などの臨床症状にて偶発的に見いだされるものが多い．今回，われわれの経験した症例は，脳内出血にて発症し，その原因は脳動静脈奇形によるものであった．脳動静脈奇形に一側の内頸動脈欠損を合併した例は，渉猟したかぎり1例も報告されておらず，興味ある症例として報告する．

A case of arterio-venous malformation (AVM) at the right parietal area in association with agenesis of the left internal carotid artery (ICA) is described.

A 27-year-old male complained of severe headache and vomiting on September 27th in 1980. He lost his consciousness and became stuporous within several minites after the ictus. He was then transfered to Kurume University Hospital. On admission, he was semicomatous, anisocoria and left hemiparesis marked in the lower limbs, and bilateral Babinski reflex were noted.
