I．はじめに
髄膜腫は通常，充実性の腫瘍であり，肉眼的に大きな嚢胞を形成することは非常に稀で，その報告例も少ない．最近われわれは，極めて大きな嚢胞性変化を伴った髄膜腫の1例を経験し，CT scan施行の機会も得られたので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．
Meningiomas are usually firm, solid tumor and rarely associated with cystic changes.
An unusual case of meningioma with a large intratumoral cyst in the left temporal convexity was reported.
