卒中様発作にて発症し，悪性脳腫瘍を合併した破裂脳動脈瘤の1例

The Association of Cerebral Aneurysm with Malignant Brain Tumor:Report of a case

I．はじめに

　くも膜下出血の2大原因疾患である脳動脈瘤と脳動静脈奇形の合併例は数多く報告されている^9）が，脳動脈瘤と脳腫瘍との合併例^10）の報告は比較的稀である．われわれは卒中様発作後，右片麻痺と運動性失語症が出現し，症状固定のまま12年間経過後に前交通動脈瘤と左側頭葉神経膠腫の合併をみた1例を報告する．特に脳腫瘍による神経学的症状が過去の出血発作の後遺症状で隠されていたということと，脳動脈瘤クリッピングと脳腫瘍摘出術を同時期に行い，良好なる経過をたどったという2点で興味ある症例につき，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

A rare case was reported in which a brain tumor was associated with a cerebral aneurysm. A 59-year-old woman was admitted with right spastic hemiparesis and motor aphasia. She was in somnolence and complained of headache. She had two attacks of loss of consciousness about 12 years previously. Since then she had right spastic hemiparesis and motor aphasia as sequalae.

Preoperative CT scan and canitid angit, grams showed a malignant brain tumor in the left temporal region and an anterior communicating artery aneurysm.
