A case of intracranial mycotic aneurysm, which occurred as a complication of open heart surgery followed by subacute bacterial endocarditis, was reported.

The patient was a 5-year-old boy with congenital heart disease (PS & VSD). On admission, his consciousness was drowsy. He suffered from right hemiparesis and motor aphasis. His body temperature was 40.5℃. Ejected systolic murmur and residual shunt murmur were audible in the chest.
