Ⅰ．緒言
Aneurysmal bone cystは通常長管骨に発生し，頭蓋骨での発生は稀である．
最近われわれは4歳男児の右頭頂骨に発生したaneurysmal bone cystの1例を経験したので症例を報告し，若干の文献的考察を加える．
Aneurysmal bone cyst of the skull is rarely seen. There are 29 reported cases in the literatures as far as we could collect.
We reported an additional case of aneurysmal bone cyst of the skull which originated from the right parietal hone of 4-year-old boy.
