Ⅰ．緒言

　巨大脳動脈瘤は従来，内頸動脈，椎骨・脳底動脈に好発するとされているが，前交通動脈，中大脳動脈に発生した報告も多い^1,14）．しかし後大脳動脈に発生した巨大動脈瘤の報告は，現在虫で数例をみるにすぎない（Table 1）．最近，私達は，後大脳動脈の巨大動脈瘤の1例を経験し，手術を施行したので，その臨床経過とともに報告する．

Giant aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery was very rare. The authors could seek only 6 cases in published literature. We experienced one case of the giant aneurysm at the posterior cerebral artery. The case was 25 years old female. She occasionaly complained of headache and nausea for 4 years before administration. Cerebral angiogram revealed a giant aneurysm of the right posterior cerebral artery with slightly dilated ventricle. CT scan revealed a ring shape high density area and its high density area enhanced by Conray infusion.
