第3脳室内colloid cystの1例—神経放射線学的診断法ならびに病理学的所見を中心にして

The Colloid Cyst of the Third Ventricle: With Special References of Neuroradiological Diagnosis and Pathological Findings

Ⅰ．はじめに

　第3脳室内colloid cystは1868年Walleman^25）によって最初に報告され，1921年Dandy^3）による初の手術成功例を含めると諸外国では，現在まで約300余例が報告されている．本症は企脳腫瘍中，1％以下の稀な腫瘍であり，殊に本邦においては，報告例は極めて少なく，病理組織診断まで含まれた報告例は数例^{1,11,21,23）}を数えるのみである．

　今回われわれは第3脳室内colloid cystの1例を経験したので，神経放射線学的診断法，特に椎骨動脈撮影，並びにCT scanと病理組織診断を中心に，文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of the colloid cyst of the third ventricle in 54 year-old-man is reported with its neurological findings containing CT scan and its histology. He was admitted complaining of gait disturbance, memory disturbance,urinary incontinence.

Plain skull film showed no pathological findings. Bilateral carotid angiogram revealed the sign of internal hydrocephalus, in which the lateral displacement of iusular portion, lenticulostriate vein, and elongation of suhependymal vein were observed.
