脳腫瘍の細小血管可視性における直接拡大連続脳血管撮影法の臨床的価値

The Clinical Value of Serial Direct Magnification Cerebral Angiography in the Visibility of Fine Vessels of Brain Tumors

　焦点の大きさが100μ内外の微小焦点X線管球を用い，しかも被写体をX線管球の方へ接近させて脳血管撮影を連続的に行う直接拡大連続脳血管撮影法は近年，ようやく本邦においても価値が認識され，普及されてきている．

　著者は脳血管の直接拡大撮影法について基礎的研究を行い，その結果に基づいて昭和47年4月以来，直接拡大連続脳血管撮影法の臨床応用を行い，本法の実施手技とともに各種脳神経外科疾病における本法の利点と価値を先に報告した^12）．本論文においてはその後に経験した症例を含め，直接拡大連続脳血管撮影法が行われた脳腫瘍例について検討を加え，本法によって脳腫瘍の細小血管の造影がどの程度まで可能であるかについて報告するとともに，脳腫瘍の細小血管造影の臨床的価値について報告する．

Radiography by direct magnification using a fine-focus tube of 100μ has been recognized to have various advantages from a clinical point of view. Since 1972 the author has been applying radiography by direct magnification to serial cerebral angiography and has been conducting fundamental and clinical research.

As a fundamental research, a solution of fine-grain barium sulfate was infused into the posterior cerebral artery of cadaver brain and radiography by direct magnification was conducted to investigate the visibility of normal fine arteries.
