Alveolar soft-part sarcomaの頭蓋骨および脳転移の1剖検例

Alveolar Soft-Part Sarcoma with Skull and Cerebral Metastases. A Report of a Case with Autopsy

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Alveolar soft-part sarcomaは主として四肢の筋組織内に原発する非上皮性悪性腫瘍で，組織学的にきわめて特異な像を呈しその組織発生は未だ不明である．1952年Christophersonら^3）が形態学的特徴から本腫瘍をalveolar soft-part sarcomaと命名して以来この名称が一般的となっている．本腫瘍は現在までに文献上120例あまりの報告があるにすぎず，ことに頭蓋内転移例の報告は比較的まれである．われわれは右大腿部に発生したalveolar soft-part sarcomaが，頭蓋骨及び脳内に転移を生じた1例を経験し，かつ剖検する機会を得たので報告し，あわせて文献的考察を行う．

The patient, a 21 years old man, was admitted to the Neurosurgical Clinic, Gunma University Hospital on February, 1971, because of right exophthalmos associated with a tumor in the right forehead, which developed three months prior to the admission. He had been suffered from a pulsating painful tumor in the right thigh for the last 18 months.

On admission, physical examinations revealed no abnormalities except right exophthalmos, accompanied by chemosis and a fist-sized tumor in the right forehead, and a fist-sized immovable tumor in the right thigh just above the knee.
