1．緒 言
その大部分が大腿部に原発し，後腹膜，腕，頸部にも発生する腫瘍で，組織像が蜂窩状の構造を示すのが特長的であり，その上皮様配列から，一見，上皮性腫瘍の如き観を呈する肉腫については，Christopherson, Foote＆Stewart1）（1952）等によりalveolar soft-part sarcomaと命名され（以下ASPSと略），それ以後類似の腫瘍について既に種々報告されているが，最近同氏等13）は本症の53例について詳細に分析して再び報告している。本邦では深田，北村，武田2）（1955）が本腫瘍に類似するparaganglioma （Smetanaet al．3）1951）を含めてASPSと見做せる33例を一括報告しているが，著者等は最近両大腿に原発したと思われる腫瘍の組織を検し，その所見からASPSと考え得る症例に遭遇する機会を得たのでここに報告する。
A case of 74 year-old male having so-called alveolar soft-part sarcoma was reported.
The tumor arised from the skin of both thighs and showed developing to the abdomen.
The histological caracteristics in this tumor were as follows.
1) Tumor cells formed large alveoli partly, accompanied with pseudo-glandular patterns.
2) These histological patterns of this tumor were resembling to those of hepatoma or tubular epithelium of normal kidney.
3) Hemangiomatous findings were observed in places.
Consequently above-described findings was suggested probably to be compatible with soca-lied "Alveolar soft-part sarcoma" in histological category.
