Ⅰ.症例
患者:21歳 女 外国語大学4年生
主訴:頭痛,嘔気,嘔吐,視野障害
A 21-year-old college girl who had surgical removal and irradiation for an alveolar soft-part sarcoma of her right thigh 10 years ago, and lt. pneumectomy for its metastasis 4 years ago, was admitted to our service with a diagnosis of cerebral metastatic sarcoma. Her chief complaints were headache, nausea and visual disturbance. Neurological examination revealed advanced choked disc and It. homonimous hemianopsia. Angiography and CT scan revealed a large vascular tumor in the rt. occipital lobe and chest films showed multiple metastatic shadows in rt. lung.
