Enuresis: From the aspect of neurogenic bladder

はじめに

　小児期の遺尿症（夜尿症を含む）は日常診療の場において頻繁に見かける疾患であるが，とかく時期がくれば自然治癒するものと考えられやすく，放置されがちである。しかし遺尿が小児の精神発達に及ぼす影響を考える時，ならびに家庭内における精神的，肉体的負担のただならぬものがあることから，遺尿症としても軽視することはできない疾患である。

Abstract

　We often examine enuretic children in out-patient clinic. Enuresis has been considered as the disease that may be cered spontaneously when enuretics reach to some age. But it is known that there are some patients who continue to wet during adolescence or throughout. Enuresis is a syndrome arised from some causes. Several factors are pointed out as etiology of enuresis.
