頭蓋内静脈洞血栓症の治療

Therapy of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis

I．はじめに

　頭蓋内静脈洞・静脈血栓症は，脳血管撮影およびCTの発達により診断する機会が増加しているが，さまざまな病態を呈するため，治療に関しては現在なお議論が多い。本稿では，われわれの経験した症例を提示するとともに，とくに本症の治療について考察を加える。

Abstract

We reported four cases with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, and reviewed especially the management of the disease.

All of our cases were female and their ages were from 18 to 39 years. These thromboses wereassociated with appendectomy, pregnancy and oral contraceptive in three cases and etiology was not clear in one. Their clinical, CT and angio-graphical findings were tabulated in Table 1. Various methods of treatment were taken in each individual case as shown also in Table 1.
