I．はじめに

　Lewy小体については多くの報告があり，とくに特発性であるParkinson病（P病と略）におけるLewy小体の分布については詳しい報告がある^3,22,23）。そして一般に，Lewy小体は大脳皮質には出現しないというのが通説であり，もし出現したとしてもごく少数で例外的であるとされている。しかし，大脳皮質に広範に多数のLewy小体が出現した症例の報告も少数みられる^{1,14〜17,24）}。

　ここでは，著者らが経験したこのような3症例について報告し，とくにLewy小体の分布および大脳皮質におけるLewy小体と脳幹におけるそれとの性状の比較を中心に述べる。

Abstract

　Three autopsy cases with numerous Lewy bodies widely distributed not only in the brain stem and diencephalon but also in the cerebral cortex and basal ganglia were reported, and the histochemical and structural properties and topographical distribution pattern of Lewy bodies were studied.
