A technique of silver impregnation for astrocytes with potassium dicyanoargentate

Ⅰ．緒言

　ジシアノ銀酸カリウムは銀シアソ化カリウムともいわれ，硝酸銀水溶液と過剰のシアン化カリウム水溶液とにより生成し，その分子式はK［Ag（CN）₂］である。無色結晶性粉末で，水，アルコールに溶解する。

　著者（1972）は，ジシァノ銀酸カリウムを神経鍍銀に応用して良好なる結果を得たので，さきにその方法の大要について報告した．

Potassium dicyanoargentate is formed adding excess of potassium cyanide to silver nitrate. A technique of silver impregnation for astrocytes with this reagent is described.
