Shiraki et al (personel communication) haverecently described eosinophilic inclusions innuclei of pigment cells of the substantia nigraof various central nervous system diseases, anddiscussed, to some extent, their significance. Both histological and histochemical studies werecarried out as to these intranuclear inclusionsin a series of 120 cases of various centralnervous system diseases.
