はじめに

　中枢神経系に限局する肉芽腫性血管炎（granulomatous angiitis of CNS：GANS)^1－5）とアミロイド・アンギオパチー（cerebral amyloid angiopathy：CAA)^6－9）の2つの病態が関連すると考えられる症例が知られてきた^10－19）。われわれはCAAが関連した中枢神経系の肉芽腫性血管炎で広範囲に病変を認めたほか，大脳皮質にβ-amyloid（Aβ）を伴わないtau沈着を認めた症例を経験したので報告する。
