Lowsley-Johnson法にて尿路変向し，30年経過観察した完全膀胱外反症

A Case of Complete Exstrophy of the Bladder for 30 Years Followed Up after Construction of Rectal Blad-der by Lowsley-Johnson Procedure

　Lowsley-Johnson法は直腸に尿管を吻合し，直腸膀胱を形成し，さらにS状結腸を直腸前面に下降させ，肛門括約筋を通して新肛門を形成する術式である。1967年に，筆者らは16歳女子の完全膀胱外反症に対してLowsley-Johnson法にて尿路変向を行い，以後30年間禁制は保たれ，良好に経過している1例を報告した。

A case of complete exstrophy of the bladder was reported. In 1967, a 16-year-old female underwent cystectomy and construction of rectal bladder with sigmoid pull-through by Lowsley-Johnson procedure. Urinary incontinence is completely controlled with normal renal function 30 years after surgery. She is married and enjoying a comfortable daily life.
